The set minimum order quantity is 24 caps, as per our suppliers. Smaller orders can possibly be accommodated but it is likely to result in an additional waiting period until it can be grouped with another order.

The caps are sourced in packets of 4. This means a minimum order of 24 caps can include 6 different cap styles and / or colours. Cap orders should therefore follow the same increments (i.e. 12, 24, 28, etc.) but we will always try and accommodate your requirements when possible.

When it comes to the colour of your branding, we can go wild. For example, on your 24 caps you can do your same logo in blue on 4 caps, in green on 2 caps, etc. Changing colours does not affect the price.

There is a once off digitization fee per logo / design. This is to convert the images into a format for the machines. It is a once off cost and will not be incurred again on future orders with the same logo. Depending on the size and complexity of the logo, the digitzation fee ranges between N$250 and N$450 per logo.

A custom quote will be provided based on your specific requirements. The pricing for custom orders therefore depends on the specific caps you choose, the quantity ordered and the amount of branding / embroidery per cap. Prices can therefore range from N$250 to N$450 per cap, depending on the order requirements.

As the caps are sourced internationally, the whole process can take between 3 to 5 weeks from when the order is finalised and payment is received.

We will then send pics of cap options based on your preferences and can work towards a quote from there.
