Where can I buy your N!A Caps?
Our N!A Caps can be ordered right here online via our online store (no credit cards needed) or simply by sending an email to orders@nacaps.co . The stock is maintained on the website, so what you see is what is currently available. We also offer shipping to anywhere in Namibia. We do have the means to ship internationally, but unfortunately the rates are quite expensive; please reach out to us to discuss further if you’re looking for caps to be shipped internationally.
We have do have a Shop at Maerua Mall in Windhoek (bottom floor, opposite Mugg & Bean), which has all the stock you see here on our online store as well as some other options.
Other stockists in Windhoek include Ikhoba at the craft market in the old breweries building in town.
In Rundu you will find a selection of our caps at the Rundu Pharmacy.

How much do your N!A Caps cost?
Our caps range from N$250 to N$490 per cap, for our N!A Caps range. As you browse the caps on our online store you will see the listed price per cap.
For custom caps, a custom quote will be provided based on your branding needs (type of cap, amount of embroidery and quantity ordered).
How long before I receive the N!A Caps I ordered online?
It’s hard to say, it will also depend on you and your availability, as well as the delivery option you choose. Collections or deliveries in Windhoek should take 1 to 2 business days max . We will always get in touch with you once the order is received to arrange a suitable day and time.
Deliveries outside Windhoek would depend on your location and the couriers, but they are usually completed in a few days.
Please note that collections and deliveries on weekends are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
What if I need / want to return a cap I bought?
We completely understand that you may be worried about buying online in case the cap doesn’t fit, just as an example. If you need / want to return a cap you purchased, for whatever reason, then contact us within 5 working days of receiving your cap and we will gladly take it back with a full refund, as long as the following criteria are met:
The cap needs to be in the exact same condition as when you received it. i.e.
1. It must have no marks or dirt on it and should not be damaged in any way
2. If the cap had a Flexfit tag on it (some caps do and some caps don’t) then it should still be attached, and
3. The sticker on the peak should not have been removed
We like to think we are very reasonable, so if you have any questions or concerns regarding this please don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss.
What form of payments do you accept?
You can pay via EFT, Cash or the PayToday mobile app (just search for “caps” on the businesses tab to easily find us). If you have chosen the delivery option for your order then we do request a payment prior to delivery, in which case it will need to be EFT or PayToday. When buying in our shop in Maerua Mall, you can also pay with credit and debit cards.
Can I order custom caps with my own design / brand / logos?

Do you sell blank caps?
Yes. From time to time we stock blank caps with only our brand logo at the back. If you are looking for completely blank caps or bigger quantities, then we can source them for you.
